Well...the Fall colors turned out pretty this year in Northern Arkansas. I was walking over the bridge the other day...it was great weather with lots of sunshine...and I decided to take some pictures...This sure doesn't beat Indiana, but it was still nice to see some fall colors. The pictures are of Lee Creek River that runs beside the camground we are staying in.

Our Dogs New Home
Well...Micah and Trooper are adjusting great to their new little area. Micah enjoys laying out there during the day...when the sun is shining...and Trooper likes to play with her toys and run around. I also try and take them for a walk every day...they just love that...and the exercise is good for everyone! Here are a few pics I took after the city finished up the work in front of our home.

In the ditch
The city needed to do work on a drainage ditch that runs alongside the RV park. With all the heavy rains from this summer...there was a lot of flooding in the campground. I spent the day breaking down the dog run, patio, and awning to give the crew as much room as possible. I really didn't want anything to get damaged...the guy was extremely nice and promised he would be very careful...and he was. They finished the work and came back the next day to throw down ryegrass...a cool season, fast growing, bright green grass for winter down south. After throwing down ryegrass seed...they put down a bunch of hay. The guys were even nice enough to throw down extra by my lot...I thought that would really help stop the dogs feet from getting muddy.
